Canvas assistance (Faculty)

If you have trouble with the functionalities of Canvas (like if you can't create an assignment), we would like that you contact Canvas support first.

They are trained in Canvas and can help you pinpoint the problem and then they will either fix it, tell you how to fix it, or tell you to contact Northpoint IT to fix the problem.

Follow these steps

1.Log in to Canvas.

2. On the left side click on the I for helpful links.

3. Scroll down 

4 A. click on "Chat with Canvas Support"
